The EmCentrix Mobile application transforms smartphones into effective time clocks, enabling employees to clock in and out while away from their primary work locations. The application also offers the flexibility for users to select various job codes or levels with each clock entry and to append notes to their timestamps. Information is transmitted in real-time to the HR system's timesheet, allowing managers to monitor punches as they occur. Furthermore, the integration of on-board GPS capabilities provides insight into the geographical locations from which employees are logging their hours.

Time Off Management
The app streamlines the process of managing time-off requests through mobile devices, affording employees the ability to submit new requests, track the status of pending applications, and cancel existing requests with ease.
