EmCentrix's mobile application offers a suite of features designed to enhance employee engagement in time management through smartphones. Users can log their working hours, request time off, and access company holiday information conveniently, all while utilizing their existing accounts from the online HR platform. This setup allows employers to maintain control over which employees can access specific functionalities of the mobile app.

Mobile Time Clock 
The EmCentrix Mobile application transforms smartphones into effective time clocks, enabling employees to clock in and out while away from their primary work locations. The application also offers the flexibility for users to select various job codes or levels with each clock entry and to append notes to their timestamps. Information is transmitted in real-time to the HR system's timesheet, allowing managers to monitor punches as they occur. Furthermore, the integration of on-board GPS capabilities provides insight into the geographical locations from which employees are logging their hours.

Time Off Management 
The app streamlines the process of managing time-off requests through mobile devices, affording employees the ability to submit new requests, track the status of pending applications, and cancel existing requests with ease. Once a request is lodged, it updates the online HR system instantly. Employees receive immediate feedback on approvals or denials from their managers directly within the app.

Company Holiday Information 
Access to the company holiday schedule is made simple with the app, eliminating the need for employees to search through physical calendars or employee handbooks. This feature enhances communication regarding important dates within the organization.
